What's Up?

This is one of our favorite pictures. At night, daddy holds Ellie in hopes that she will calm down and go to sleep. Instead of sleeping, she likes to lean her head all the way back in order to see what she might be missing. These are some of our favorite moments.

Ellie really had a much harder day today than she did yesterday. She has done a lot of sleeping and a lot more crying than usual. We did have a few good moments though. Lily came to visit us today and tomorrow while on their way to Missouri. Ellie really enjoyed watching Lily walk around and play. Jacob and I can not imagine Ellie being one and walking around. We enjoy each moment because they grow so fast.

One of Ellie's favorite things are noises. Jacob and I can make noises all the time and it makes her smile. Tonight Jacob made what we call Pterodactyl noises at her and she started laughing. It was so cute. For those who have not yet heard this, we hope you get to soon. It is so neat so see such a small baby laughing. Right now laughing still happens once in a blue moon, but we think she will be doing it a lot as the next few weeks go by and it becomes easier for her to do.
